A quick project...

I remembered tonight that I told my sister-in-law that I would make a diaper clutch for her. And since we're leaving tomorrow and pretty much wont be home until Valentine's Day, I figured I better get crafting tonight!

I decided to make a changing pad to go with the diaper clutch. I saw the tutorial here, but I made it free hand instead of copying or downloading the pattern.

When you unroll the changing pad you have a super soft material for the baby to lay on. There's also a pocket at the bottom to slide some diapers or the diaper clutch into.

It's hard to describe what this material is. I can only really describe it as something that feels like a teddy bear. Really soft. The material with the polka dots is basic flannel.

If you didn't want to roll up the changing pad, you can leave the clutch in the pocket along with a few diapers or maybe some Desitin which used to be a constant in A's diaper bag!

So there you go! A sweet little diaper clutch with a cozy changing pad. Almost enough to give a girl baby fever! ;)
Have a great week!

  2. Oh my goodness! Supercute! I think that's called minky fleece? I love that it has a pocket! I need a little more direction -- I may have to head over to your link and try this for myself!
