Sorry about the sales pitch in the last post... but I did get 50 free 5x7 cards from Shutterfly! Totally worth it!
I started Weight Watchers this week. I miss junk food. The nice thing is I'm not hungry at all, just trying to make smarter choices, but I do miss junk food! :)
Hopefully it works. I'm trying to follow all the rules. I have seen some people be so super successful with it so I hope it can work for me too! I told J that I'd like to see a drop the first week, but I'll be satisfied with just maintaining the second week... since it's over Thanksgiving. Then hopefully I'll be dropping more!
Do any of you have any yummy recipes that are healthy? I've found a lot of good ones online but I'm always open to more!
