I've started a few new projects... hopefully lots of pictures to come!
Yesterday I made lefse for the first time! It was so yummy. Not as good as my mum's, but pretty darn good for our first attempt! J was my griller/flipper and did great. And turns out A likes lefse too! Although it is a bummer to have to share, guess I'll just have to make a second piece!
I also started knitting again. Just a simple scarf, but I really enjoy doing it. And it's fun, fuzzy yarn which just makes life fun.
And, I am starting my very first quilt. Yikes! We'll see how that goes! It's a 'Rag Quilt' which means I can give it a try, and not be too concerned about perfect edges. Just my style!
