2011!

Hello for the first time in 2011! I've only written that once or twice, so I feel like I'm still getting used to it.

It's hard to believe it's been a month since I've posted! December always seems to go by so fast. J's parents have been divorced since he was a little boy, so we have three families that we divide Christmas between and it always seems like we get to celebrate Christmas for a week straight!

We did have a fantastic Christmas this year. I thought A would be all about opening presents, but she really wasn't. She liked to play with her new things once they were open, but the actually opening was left to me for the most part.

J & I also had fun getting gifts for each other. I got J a new laptop which we both enjoy and tickets to a MN Wild Game which we lost, but was still a lot of fun to go to. He ordered me a new dresser to match our headboard. It's fun to think we are on our way to having a bedroom set that actually goes together! The dressers we've been using since we got married (and that I used my last two years of college) were J's grandparents' first dresser set when they got married 50 years ago! Man they made furniture well back then. They are a really good set, we just happen to have a beautiful hickory headboard and I've always loved the thought of having matching dressers. So hopefully sometime in the next two weeks it will arrive and we'll have 2 out of 3 pieces for the bedroom set! But seeing as they cost an arm and a leg a piece, we'll probably wait a few years for the last piece!

Big news this afternoon... A starts ECFE again! I'm excited that it will actually go all spring this year. Last year she only had it for 4 weeks. And we'll have it twice a week because we'll go to the PR class, and the PL class!
