Our trip was so much fun! Before we left A made sure I had everything packed that she might need...
She was very glad to see that I had Graham crackers on the list! :)
We had a great trip. It was fun to spend so much time with my mom, my sister and her little boy. The two babies seemed to have a lot of fun with each other. They each got another tooth while we were there so now ACJ has two teeth and my little A has 4 teeth. But her 5th tooth doesn't seem to be too far behind.
Since we've gotten home A has really been working on that 5th tooth. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday were really hard days. In ten months I don't think I've ever called J to ask him to come home as soon as he can to help me. And I did that on Monday and Tuesday. Of course then she is so excited to see daddy that she's just a little sweetie. Little stinker. Yesterday was a little better day, so I hope we're over that.
She actually got back to her normal sleeping schedule pretty fast. I haven't gone back to the Ferber method yet, but in a few nights I might. She's doing pretty well, but she is getting up once each night in the middle of the night.
Oh! And while we were on our trip she started walking along things! And now at home she's doing it like crazy! She even took two steps on her own towards J the other night! But I'm not really sure if it was walking or moving her feet forward as she was falling towards her dad. :) She can stand on her own for quite a while now. But if there's more than one person in the room she gets distracted and just likes to ham it up for them. :)
I hear noise in the nursery... I'll post about my newest craft soon!
