Ah Ha!

So that's why she was sleeping so much... she was sick.

A had a viral infection. She had a temp over 100 for about 48 hours. It's down now, and I'm thankful.

At first, we were quite sure it was just a teething fever. But because I have the "First Time Mommy" syndrome, I called the doctor and we went in for an appointment. I told Dr. E. that I was totally willing to accept that this may be a teething fever, but I just wanted her to check A out since her temp had been above 102 for a while.

Sure enough, it was more than just teething. The good news is it was just a virus, not the flu. So we just have to wait 24 hours from when her fever broke, and then she's no longer contagious.
