It never ends...

Laundry. It is my arch nemesis. I actually really don't mind gathering the dirty clothes, washing them, drying them, or even folding them... but I apparently cannot put clothes away. J and I joke that we always have Mt. St. Clean Clothes in our bedroom because there is always a pile of folded clothes somewhere, if not two of them.

But today I have fun laundry!! Woo Hoo! I went through A's closet and took out all the 6-9 month stuff and am getting it washed so she can wear it! Most of it is actually still too big for her, but it will be fun to have ready.

I found a little onesie that has candy corns and pumpkins all over it and then an embroidered pumpkin on the chest that says "Little Pumpkin" under it. I bought it last fall when I knew I would have a baby this fall. I didn't know whether I was having a boy or girl, so I was excited that a Halloween/Fall outfit could work for either. That was such a fun day because I had been feeling so awful at that point in my pregnancy and it was such a boost to be able to get such a cute little outfit for our baby.

I think I need to be careful about talking about my pregnancy. For some reason in the last week I've only been remembering the fun parts of pregnancy and have been thinking it would be fun to do that again... BUT, then I make myself remember that I really didn't enjoy being pregnant for the most part and I really want to just enjoy A for now, and not have to have two babies at the same time. I guess what they say about pregnancy amnesia is true! Darn hormones, they just make a girl crazy. I've been nuts because of them since August of '08 and now that they are finally calming down a little, I'm going crazy without them! :)

  1. Yes, and even the pain and suffering of delivery is all gone too... it really must be God's grace that women forget that stuff so quickly or there wouldn't be much of a population! : )

JG, I have the weirdest confession. I LOVE LOVE LOVE to do the laundry. Isn't that odd? Now the dishes... well... that's another story altogether! Good thing JJ doesn't mind that as much.
