Last night A slept from 9-4, ate and slept again until 8, ate again and is still sleeping. I am almost in shock. Maybe we're getting back to our old schedule. She'll probably be a perfect sleeper by next week, and then we'll leave again, mixing everything up again.
Somehow (and I feel like I knew this would happen) the middle of December has snuck up on me. All of a sudden I have something going on everyday until we head down to J's mom's to celebrate Christmas with them.
I love love love Christmas time. Not for the presents, but because it means we're going to get to spend fun time with each of our families. I know it means lots of traveling, packing and unpacking, and sometimes some craziness, but it is always so wonderful.
I think it's even more special this year because it's A's first Christmas. I know she wont remember it, and probably wont even be able to open any of her gifts, but I'm sure she'll love the boxes and bows!
The only bummer might be if we don't get our camera back in time. We have this big SLR camera and all of a sudden a week ago it quit working. Supposedly it will be back by the 23rd, but that's only if they don't have to order new parts. So hopefully they don't need to order any new parts so we can have our awesome camera for our little sweetie's first Christmas.
As for an update on J's Grandpa, I don't know a whole lot. A cousin said online that his "numbers" were off this morning. She also said that his Grandma had a diabetic reaction last night. I don't know anymore about that, and I hope it's not serious, but I am not really surprised by that. She was so upset when we were at he hospital with her that she would hardly eat. My guess is that she still wasn't eating and her blood sugar went way up, or down, which ever happens. Hopefully she will monitor that a little more closely now.
